With a long professional background in the graphic arts as designer, art director and business forms/workflow analyst, Michael Green has also been active in musical endeavors his whole life. He was born in Michigan in 1952. Accomplished as a pianist and trumpeter, composer and arranger, he can be heard in a variety of musical situations: traditional jazz bands, pit orchestras, brass ensembles, fronting his own trio, or performing as a soloist, at public venues, private parties and corporate events.

Michael lives in Frenchtown, NJ, where currently he is concentrating on painting, drawing and “communicating non-verbal personal/universal narratives through visual media, with the attempt to deepen resonance with, and understanding of, the ineffable life force and its mystery.”
